The Studios

Studio One

Curve Pusher's premiere mastering studio has developed over the last 20 years and now boasts a collection of the finest analogue EQs, valve compressors and limiters. It’s also housed in our bespoke built suite of studios in what we believe to be one of the best sounding, flat response rooms possible.

The Green Room

This studio is our second fully equipped mastering room, complete with Neumann VMS70 vinyl cutting lathe and the all important ATC SCM 300 main monitors (identical to Studio One). It has a unique combination of Ortofon cutting amps and Neumann lathe and cutting head - it delivers absolutely the best, loudest and cleanest sound possible.

Analogue Recording Studio

Curve Pusher's recording studio has been meticulously developed by Lawrie over the last 25 years. It contains most of the greatest analogue synths and drum machines ever made. The room features a 48 channel Amek Angela 1, an outstanding array of high end outboard effects and compressors, all easily accessible through the extensive patch bay and auxiliary controls.

The White Room

Vinyl cutting and general editing suite. This room is set up to cut mastered material with our third Neumann Lathe VMS70 number with PMC monitors. We have also acquired a Neumann SP-79 mastering and cutting desk, for the super purists out there, which is used in this room. The room is also available to hire as a facility to perform editing work using our iMac.
